How is the insurance working?

All your Cityscoot rides are covered by a full insurance contract (collision damage waiver) with our partner Allianz. In case of damage or accident you are covered within the limit of the deductible of 350€. 

For example, if you have an accident or if there are some damages on the vehicle for an amount of 1000€, you only pay 350€. On another hand, if the amount of the damages is 100€ you only pay 100€.

If you have an accident with a third party and you filled out the accident report and you are not responsible, you will not pay the deductible.
