How long will it take for my account to be validated?

Once you have completed your Cityscoot registration, we verify your documents to give you access to the service. This last step is effective within 24 hours on average.

As soon as your account is activated, you will receive an SMS confirming this. You can enjoy Cityscoot! ⚡️

If your account could not be validated because a document is not accepted, we will notify you by email so that you can modify it as soon as possible.

If 48 hours after completing your registration your Cityscoot account is still not validated, go back to the application and check that your registration is complete. If this is the case, contact us so we can verify together: [email protected]
