I forgot my belongings in the moped

If after your rental you realize that you have forgotten personal belongings in your Cityscoot, check immediately in the application whether the moped in question is still available. 

If so, book it again and retrieve your belongings. 

If the moped is no longer available, contact Cityscoot customer service. We will do our best to help you.
