I have just reserved a scooter. How long do I have to collect it?

After reserving a scooter, you have 10 free minutes to get to where the scooter is parked and unlock it using the code you receive on the mobile app. Unlocking it with the code marks the end of the reservation period and the beginning of the rental period.
