The helmet is missing under the seal starting rental

When you unlock your Cityscoot at the beginning of the rental, a helmet is at your disposal under the saddle as well as hygiene caps.

If the helmet is not present, let us know immediately. We will take action on the current rental and you will have to rent another moped. 

Please note: if you use your own helmet, you can ride with this Cityscoot but please let us know as well so that we can put a helmet back under the saddle as soon as possible.
