The “out of zone” light is lit on keyboard

You can drive freely during your Cityscoot trip but must always end your rental in the Cityscoot service area.

A quick glance in the app allows you to visualize this zone.

If you are outside the zone, just return within it. The light will turn off and you can end the rental.

If the light is lit while you are inside the zone, it means that you have probably just passed through an exclusion zone (= outside the zone). Wait a few seconds for your position to be synchronized with the moped’s GPS. The light will then turn off and you can end the rental.
