What are the documents required during the registration ?

To register for Cityscoot, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to drive a moped.

You can sign up directly on the Cityscoot application, registration takes only a few minutes. When registering, we’ll ask you to provide the following elements: 

Contact information 

• First and last name
• Email 
• Phone number 
• Address
• Birthday 

Payment 

• A valid credit card 

Identity 

• A selfie with your smartphone 

Driving license 

• In France: a valid French driving license or one issued in the European Union of type A, A1, A2, B or BSR (AM license). Note: if you were born before 01/01/1988, you do not need a specific permit.

• In Italy: a valid EU driving license of type A, A1, A2, B or patentino (AM license).

Your account will be validated only if your profile is complete and all requested documents are valid.
