What is the Loyalty Bonus?

The Cityscoot Loyalty Bonus allows you to earn free minutes each month! Your rides make you to reach one of the three loyalty levels and earn free minutes valid for the following month.

• CityLover : 200 minutes driven in the month = 20 free minutes valid next month
• CityMaster: 400 minutes driven in the month = 60 free minutes valid next month
• CityLegend : 1000 minutes driven in the month = 180 free minutes valid next month

Only minutes billed at the base fare or debited from a CityRider Pack are counted. Minutes from a promotional code, sponsorship, commercial gesture or loyalty program from the previous month are excluded.

You receive at the beginning of the following month your free minutes by email through a unique code to enter in the application.

The minutes of this code are debited in priority from your minutes balance as you ride. They are only valid for the current month.

In the app, go to the “Loyalty Bonus” section. You will see at any time the progress of your minutes recorded in the program. You will also be notified as soon as you reach a new level.
