Where can I follow my bills and my usage?

By logging into your personal space, you can follow in real time your Cityscoot usage and how many minutes left you have on your balance. 

• In the “Minutes balance” menu, check your pre-paid minutes balance.
• In the “Trips and invoice” menu, check the details of your rentals and bills

You are billed and charged for the month’s rentals at the beginning of the following month or when the cumulative amount of your rentals reaches the 10 euro threshold.
