General conditions of subscription to the Cityscoot Service

Article 1 – Purpose

The present general conditions define, as of their acceptance by the Customer, the conditions of subscription to the CITYSCOOT Service.

They are complementary to the GCUS which will apply, unless otherwise provided for herein, to each use of the Service by the User who subscribes to the Service. Any use of the CITYSCOOT Service implies the respect of the GCUS by the subscribed User.

Article 2 – Definitions

“Subscription”: means any subscription offered by CITYSCOOT.

“Subscribed User”: means a User of the CITYSCOOT Service who has a Subscription.

Terms which are not defined herein have the meaning given to them in the GCUS.

Article 3 – Presentation of Subscriptions

Subscriptions are only accessible to Users of the Service whose account has been validated and who have subscribed to a Subscription in the Cityscoot application. Subscriptions are strictly personal to the person indicated as the Service User at the time of subscription.

Users of the Service are expressly informed that the Subscriptions as presented have a fixed duration. Each Subscription is offered for a period of one (1) month, which will be automatically renewed each month on the “monthly anniversary” date of subscription, unless the User duly notifies CITYSCOOT that he/she does not wish to renew the Subscription by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button in the Cityscoot application. The request to unsubscribe must be made at the latest one (1) day before the Subscription renewal date in order to be effective the next month. If the request is made after this date, the unsubscription will be taken into account for the following month.

The Subscription offered as part of the Service is as follows:

All subscriptions can be combined with CityPack minutes. In case of cumulation of offers, the minutes with the closest expiration date are consumed in priority.

Article 4 – Subscription methods

The Service User will be able to subscribe to the Subscription directly via the Application, in the “Subscription” tab.

When subscribing to the Subscription, the User makes an online payment corresponding to the price of the first month of the Subscription. The following month, the price of the Subscription is directly debited from the User’s bank card, on the anniversary of the subscription. Each invoice can be consulted by the Subscriber User directly in the application under the “Invoices” tab.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The Subscriber User has the right to withdraw from the Subscription within fourteen (14) days of the date of subscription to the Subscription.

In this case, the Subscribed User shall inform the Customer Service of his/her decision to withdraw by returning the withdrawal form available below, duly completed, or any other unambiguous statement expressing his wish to withdraw, to the address [email protected] before the expiration of the aforementioned period.

If the use of the Service has not started at the time the Subscriber User exercises his/her right of withdrawal, the Subscriber User will be refunded the full amount of the Subscription paid.

If use of the Service has begun before the withdrawal period expires, the Subscriber shall be refunded the price of the Subscription on a pro rata temporis basis for the number of calendar days remaining until the Subscription expires.

Article 6 – Modification of the Subscription

It is not possible to change the Subscription during the subscription period.

For any new Subscription, the Subscribing User must cancel the current Subscription and apply for a new Subscription of his/her choice.

The User is invited to complete, print, sign and return this form only if he/she wishes to withdraw from his/her subscription to a Subscription, in accordance with Article 5 of the present general conditions.
