I had an accident with a third party involved, what should I do ?

In the event of an accident with a third party that is only material (without injuries), you must:

• fill in an accident report (there is one under the seat of each Cityscoot)
• sign it yourself and have it signed by the third party
• send it back to us by email within 48 hours

In the event of a physical accident involving a third party, contact the emergency services (SAMU, fire brigade) by calling 112 and the police. The authorities will then give you documents related to the accident, which you should send us by email as soon as possible.

In any case, you will receive on your email address the list of documents to be sent back to us.
