The moped was stolen during my rental. What should I do?

You are responsible for your Cityscoot until the rental period is over. 

If the moped has not been locked properly, a third party can take advantage of this inattention and steal it. 

A report is then required within 48 hours at the police station to clear you of any wrongdoing. Please send us the copy of the report to the following address: [email protected]

When it is found, the moped will be locked up and checked by our teams. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that you must not leave the moped until it is completely turned off, whether it is a pause or the end of the rental. You are responsible for any damage.
