Each month, your Cityscoot trips allow you to reach one of the three loyalty statuses and make you earn free minutes valid for the following month.

200 minutes driven
20 free minutes
400 minutes driven
60 free minutes
1000 minutes driven
180 free minutes

Follow your progress from the app

In the app, go to the Loyalty section: you will see at any time the progress of your minutes recorded in the program. You will also be notified as soon as you reach a new level.

Receive your free minutes by email each month

You will receive at the beginning of the following month your free minutes by email, in the form of a unique code to enter in your application.
These will be debited in priority from your minute balance as your ride and are only valid for the current month.

How are Loyalty Bonus minutes counted?

Recorded

  • The minutes billed per unit at the current rate.
  • The minutes debited from a CityRider Pack.

Not recorded

  • The free minutes offered from a promotional code, a sponsorship code, a commercial gesture or the loyalty program of the previous month.
  • The minutes refunded or credited after a rental.
