How can I delete my account ?

It is possible to delete your Cityscoot account. To do so, send your request by email to [email protected] with a selfie holding your ID.

In order to access your request, you must fulfill one or all of the following criterias : 

• Account not used for the last 12 months
• No transactions (payments) on your account for the last 12 months
• Positive balance on your account
