I forgot to put back my helmet !

If you forgot to put the helmet back in the Cityscoot, you have to : 

  • if it is on pause: retype the 4-digit code (available in the application), open the saddle, put the helmet in place and end the rental. 
  • if the rental is over: re-rent the scooter, open the saddle, put the helmet in place and end the rental. 

 

As a reminder, the helmet is stored in the opposite direction of travel (visor towards the rear).

 

If you are unable to reopen the saddle or if the helmet light on the handlebars stays on, contact customer service.
