What is a “cookie”?
A cookie is a tracker that can be stored on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) and/or when viewing a Service with browser software via the Website or the Application. How are they managed?

What are cookies used for?

These Cookies are needed for correct navigation of the Website and the proper functioning of the Application. In particular, they are used to:

SDK Mobile
When using the Application, Software Development Kits (SDK) are used for its functioning.
Our Application is never used to present you with advertising or facilitate third party advertising. You can browse with full confidence in the protection of your privacy. Access is requested with the sole purpose of enabling the use of our services and improving their functioning. It is subject to a prior authorisation request and the possibility of withdrawing this authorisation. The CITYSCOOT Service may still be used even in the event of refusal or withdrawal of access authorisation.
SDK Mapbox: Allows you to locate yourself on the map, indicates the location of nearby Scooters and provides a route to get you there.
SDK Batch: Enables management of mobile notifications, in order to inform you about reservation confirmations or cancellations, or to alert you when Scooter is paused for a certain period of time. They also allow us to warn you about exceptional circumstances (CITYSCOOT Service failure, poor weather conditions, etc.). These notifications are very practical for users. However, you can deactivate them via your smartphone settings.
SDK AppsFlyer: Facilitates measurement of performance and analysis of customer acquisition campaigns. You can deactivate this data processing at any time via https://www.appsflyer.com/optout. In order to do so, you must have the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) of your mobile device.
